BEEF BROTH

BEEF BROTH

There is a remarkable difference between beef broth and stock. The secret to a good beef broth is the quality of the beef, perfectly cooked. Aylmer Beef Broths are not cooked for such a long time that juices lose their rich meat flavour. Instead, Aylmer Beef Broths hold the richness of the meat and provides the perfect delicate flavour base to make other delicious foods like French onion soup and risotto.
